Further questions about the Advent Calendar
Shipping will begin in August, and you’ll receive an individual tracking link with your order.
If you placed your Advent Calendar order during the Pre-Sale in May, you have until August 15, 2025 to contact our Customer Service team to cancel your order or update your shipping address.Please note that changing the jewelry color is not possible. After August 15, 2025, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.
The Advent Calendar is excluded from our 30-day return policy. A return is only possible within 14 days of receipt, and only if the calendar is complete and in perfect condition. If this is not the case, we will return the Advent Calendar to the sender.
To determine the total value, we evaluate each individual product in the Advent Calendar and calculate its regular retail price as listed in our shop. The sum of these regular prices represents the total value of the Advent Calendar.
You can purchase the Advent Calendar using PayPal, credit card, or Klarna. Gift cards can also be redeemed as a payment method. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied.
If you selected “Klarna – Pay by Invoice” as your payment method, please note the payment deadline shown in your Klarna account. The due date is independent of the delivery date of the Advent Calendar.
The calendar is available in four color variations: Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, and—after the overwhelmingly positive feedback in 2024—we are once again offering a Bicolor version this year.
For the Bicolor calendar, the selection of gold and silver jewelry pieces is already predefined and cannot be customized. Half of the surprises will be gold and the other half silver.
Yes, our Advent Calendars will also be available for purchase during the official launch in our PURELEI Stores in Munich and Cologne.
